Refund policy

  1. Initial Consultation Fee:

    • Our agency charges a non-refundable fee for the initial consultation and assessment of your marketing needs. This fee covers our time, expertise, and resources dedicated to evaluating your requirements and providing recommendations.
  2. Retainer Fees:

    • Our agency works on a retainer basis for ongoing marketing services. Retainer fees are payable monthly and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified below.
    • If you choose to terminate the contract before the agreed-upon term, any unused portion of the retainer fee will not be refunded.
  3. Project-Based Fees:

    • For specific projects, such as website development or social media campaigns, our agency may require a deposit or upfront payment before commencing work.
    • Deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
      • If the project is canceled by the client before any work has begun, a refund of the deposit may be considered, minus any non-recoverable expenses incurred by the agency.
      • If the agency fails to deliver the agreed-upon services outlined in the contract, a refund of the deposit or a portion thereof may be provided after a reasonable attempt to rectify the situation.
  4. Performance-Based Fees:

    • In cases where our agency offers performance-based pricing, specific conditions and benchmarks will be outlined in the contract.
    • Refunds or adjustments to fees may be considered if the agreed-upon performance metrics are not met. Such refunds or adjustments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  5. Contract Terms:

    • Our agency’s refund policy is also subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract between the agency and the client.
    • Any breaches of the contract by either party may result in modifications to the refund policy, as stated in the contract.
