How An Organic Food Brand Redefined Their Website’s User Experience
How UI/UX Has Fueled the Exponential Growth of Our Client
Organic Food Industry
To build a website is just the tip of the iceberg. In a world of cluttered attention spans, gaining the users’ trust requires seamless functionality that serves a purpose. Engaging users is a game of logical design and interactive elements, coming together to create an unmatched experience.
Our client’s website had cluttered information, popping up to make the user journey difficult. We helped them build a two-fold design element matching their target audience’s expectations.

The global organic food industry was valued at US$ 183.35 billion in 2022 and is expected to reach US$ 546.97 billion by 2032, growing at a CAGR of 11.60% during the forecast period(2022-2032).
The growing demand for chemical-free food will drive market growth in the coming years. Additionally, the increasing health and environmental concerns drive the industry, fostering a cultural shift towards preservative-free food.
Business Challenges
Our client is a major brand, with an extensive customer base worldwide. Their website lacked user-focused designs, leading to an increase in bounce rate and incomplete cart purchases.
Information Clutter
Their product description page added less value. The long videos and information overload confused users, prompting them to leave the site.
Lack of Clarity
The blog page and product overview page offered no easy-to-follow navigational pathway for the user.
Basic Template
There were no actionable items, top product highlight section or table of contents to guide the user.
Objectives
We conducted a detailed analysis of our client’s website, using Microsoft Clarity to deconstruct the user behaviour. Here are the potential changes to be made.
Optimising the Blog Page
The blog needs clear, crisp elements to retain the user’s attention.
PDP Revamp
The price option needs to match the product variant and the add-to-cart option has to be bold and aesthetically pleasing.
Strategies Adopted
Blog Page
Including multiple banners/posters with clickable CTAs inside the blog to prompt users to navigate directly to the PDP page. The use of contrasting colours creates a bold effect in the customer’s mind. ( giving them the flexibility to buy the product immediately, without glancing at the entire blog.)
Including the table of contents section at the top for quick accessibility.
Adding a colourful Did You Know Box section to break the reader’s monotony and hold their attention on the website.
Including a signup form at the start for lead generation, customer interaction, and product updates.
Product Description Page
Revamping the product details page with interactive elements, valuable information about product rating, price, add-to-cart and buy-now buttons.
Making the description easy-to-read, clickable and smooth. Including clickable symbols to access the product details like a listicle for seamless navigation.
Outcomes
High-Retention Rate
Revamping the blog and PDP page with value-driven elements boosted overall engagement.
Top-To-Bottom-Approach
Adding intuitive designs and concise content enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the webpage.
Crisp, Short Information Flow
Using white space and decreasing the information overload helped increase the website's traction.
